CEMPROTECT– Two component Polymer Modified Cementitious Waterproof Coating to be applied on sound substrates for extremely tough & durable waterproof render.
Areas Of Application
For all structures to be waterproofed & protected against ingress of moisture like:
- Basement
- Water Tanks
- Swimming Pools
- Retaining Walls
- Bridge Walls
- Tunnels
- Lift Shafts
- Sewage Tanks
- Reservoirs
- Dams
- Dock gates
Method Of Application
- Surface Preparation — All leaks and water jets must be stopped.
- Application — The prepared surface must be thoroughly wetted with water for absorption and excess water to be removed.
- DR. REYNOPROOF CEMPROTECT must be applied in 2-3 uniform coats. Mix it through mechanical mix & mix till consistent mix achieved. It will remain brushable for 20 minutes@ 35 c. Mixing in small quantities is recommened, For & heavy load aresa minimum 2mm thickness coating is recommended.
Coverage
- CEMPROTECTCan be used as primer followed by DR. REYNOPROOF CEM PROTECT.
- 8m to 10m per pack of 10 kg powder + 5 Itr liquid (2 or 3 coats are recommended).
